George was very helpful with getting my tire fixed. I had a slow leak and he took no time to get it in and out. Rene was very professional and helpful. Angel made sure I stayed aware of each step of what was going on with my car.

These guys are amazing! Had a flat, turns out the wheel was cracked! The wheels we could afford were at another store 20min away. They ran them up here and stayed past close to get them put on for us.

I recently stopped by RnR Tires and had a fantastic experience thanks to Rene and Jesse. They helped me get 4 new tires installed quickly and at a very reasonable price. The whole process was fast and hassle-free, which is exactly what I needed. It was definitely worth driving there instead of going to some other shop — you can tell RnR is truly about their customers, and it shows in every interaction. Great service, fair pricing, and friendly staff. Highly recommend! Thanks again, Rene and Jesse!

I had an outstanding experience at RNR Tire Express in Rogers, and I want to personally recognize Jesse Cates for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, Jesse made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. What stood out the most was his genuine care for customer service—you can tell he takes pride in helping people, not just making a sale. Jesse was knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient, and he made sure everything was handled quickly without cutting corners. It’s rare to come across service like this nowadays, and it truly made a difference in my experience. Renee was great to work it too on the Account Team. If you’re in the Rogers area and need tires or service, I highly recommend asking for Jesse Cates at RNR. He’ll take great care of you. With gratitude.
